The Vivid team saw the need and opportunity for a higher quality, more technically advanced powder coating facility for the Northern Rivers region and beyond.  However, Vivid is not just about quality, but also the speed of turn-around is an important factor in this industry and we are striving to set the standards as high as possible.

We have over 20 years of combined experience in the powder coating industry.  Our plant and equipment are state of the art, offering a high-end service, with a rapid turnaround, streamlined efficiency and sustainable products. Our skilled team uses only the highest-grade powders and are offering products from renowned brands such as Dulux and Interpon

We also can provide a sandblasting service to our customers. Our Vivid powder coating facility has a manual overhead push trolly system designed by Emjay processing systems Pty Ltd for more efficiency in the production line. From hanging of jobs to powder coating then to oven then to unpacking area without double or triple handling of jobs greatly improving turnaround times. Our powder cure oven is a direct gas-fired, forced convection batch oven with the ability to fit jobs up to 2600mm wide 2200mm high and up to 8 metres long if required. Our aluminium pretreatment tanks are a five-tank system that includes three rinse tanks. We use the Gema Optiflex pro B Dual gun system, so two powder coaters can paint at the same time on a job if required, again speeding up turnaround time. We also have an onsite sandblasting unit. Our plant and equipment are states of the art, allowing us to do what others cannot in this area.
